Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. If you order on a weekend or public holiday, your parcel will be on its way the next working day.
UK Shipping
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom using trusted couriers.
• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
International Shipping
For now, we’re keeping things close to home, but international shipping is coming soon — so watch this space!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves us, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey straight to your door.
If Something Goes Wrong
While delays are rare, they can happen. If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, just drop us a message within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy
Orders that are returned to Eliigran due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during the ordering process is accurate and up to date.
Eliigran cannot be held liable for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review and confirm the accuracy of their shipping address before finalizing their order.
Eliigran will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information.
